About Us

Welcome to The Thirsty Cow (aka. Szomjas Tehén) – where uniqueness meets quality!

Our name is no coincidence: my surname is Gulyás, and the idea of cattle herding almost naturally grows out of it. But Szomjas Tehén is more than a playful name. It is a passion project, created alongside my everyday work in the financial world—a place where creativity and self-expression come to life.

The products crafted in my workshop cover a wide range, yet they all share a common core: uniqueness and quality. Whether it’s furniture, decorative pieces, or other wooden creations, every item is made with the intention of bringing genuine value and joy to its owner.

While the interior world of the workshop evokes the atmosphere of a western saloon, only a small portion of the product line reflects this style. My goal is not to create pieces tied to a single theme, but to offer something in which everyone can find what truly suits them.

For me, Szomjas Tehén is more than a business. It is a place where special ideas and personal visions take shape—where quality always comes before profit. If you are looking for a unique, durable product that truly speaks to you, feel free to explore what we create.

Thank you for finding us—we hope you’ll soon become part of the The Thirsty Cow story.
